Ibn Mas`ud (radiallahu anh) reported: I asked the Messenger of Allah (salallahu alayhi wasalam): "Which act is the best?'' He (SAW) said, "As-Salat at their fixed times.'' I asked, "What next?'' He (SAW) said, "Being dutiful to parents.'' I asked, "What next?'' He (SAW) said, "Striving (Jihad) in the way of Allah.''

Commentary: Every Salah should be performed at its proper time. Deliberate delay in performing is wrong. The ultimate result of deliberate delay is that one becomes sluggish and begins to ignore and neglect it by force of habit, which is obviously very dangerous. Imam Ash-Shafi`i (ra) is of the opinion that if a person shows such laziness in offering Salat that he misses its proper time, then he is liable to make penitence for it. If he does not do so, he should be killed.

Imaan 2

There is another hadith on Imaan which is out sanding cause from it, it's manifested that Imaan is not only the belief in Allah but also caring about the well-being of others as we care about ourselves.

"Narrated Anas (Allah is pleased with him): The prophet (Pbuh) said, none of you will have faith till he likes for his (Muslim) brother what he likes for himself."

                                All of the Muslims are brothers and sisters to each other. They are related to each other on the basis of the belief in Islam. Muslims are like the human body in their mutual love, kindness and compassion. When one part of the body is pain, the entire body feels it.

                We should treat each other with respect and kindness. We should not wrong, insult or belittle others. We should want the same things for others as we want for ourselves. We should treat others the way we should like to treated. If we all follow this advice, Insha-Allah we can build a strong and happy Muslim community.
